UPDATE: Picture added. The finished quilt is 16' wide x 8.5' tall (4.8m x 2.5m)

I embroidered the final 2 squares for the quilt to be hung at the NC Women’s Hospital. The quilt is finished now and traveling around North Carolina for a little while before going to it’s permanent home. If you are interested in seeing the quilt in person, send me a private message and I will send you the dates and locations of showings as they are scheduled.

No wonder it took so long to complete---this is just a fantastic mix of patterns and eye catching colors. I hope many pay attention and look at the lovely long hours of love that went in to making this.

What a wonderful project and have so many participants in the project. I would love to see the picture of it. Whenever I walk in to a hospital I always look at the artworks and quilts donated and hung--read their captions and think of all the hours put in by someone or some group. Well done!
