I have a couple of dolls here that need clothes. I found panties from an ith doll that almost works except it needs fold over elastic. I wonder if walmart has some or do I need to go to a craft/fabric store. Love the reversible halter.
Living in South Africa we do not have the wonderful fabric shops that you do. I was amazed when I found the fold over elastic in my local haberdashery shop. Even the sales lady had no idea what it was!!
Love the panties. Sign up at https://www.pixiefaire.com/ . There are free patterns, and when you sign up for the newsletter, on Friday they have a new free design for that day. Nice.
Delightful work Sarah. Oh what we do for our grand daughters. Good to know that Reece is now respectable.
Sarah, these are really lovely, did you make up the patterns or where did you get the pattern from? Hugs Maureen
The doll clothes are adorable! What pattern did you use for the panties? I love the way they turned out and I'm sure my gd's doll would love a pair.
Thanks, I will look the site up and give them a try. BTW the doll has a lovely wardrobe.
Sarah, these are just gorgeous, Georgie will love them all. Your sewing is perfect and the undies are so cute. Love Chris
Sew cute!! I used to make Barbie dolls clothes when my daughter was small. I would not have the patience to make anything that small now!

Very cute. I had a babysitter when little who was a tailor during the day. When she came to our house, she wanted my mother to show her the scrap fabric and my sister and me to show her our dolls (for size). After we went to sleep, she sewed till my parents came home and in the morning we had new dolly clothes.
I love making doll clothes but I applaud you on these panties. I have never sewn any like this and these look perfect! The addition of the little bow is sweet. Are the tops velcro closure (hook and loop) or snaps?
Hat off to you. Sewing these little items is not easy. I much rather create a whole quilt then fiddling with 18" doll cloth. Yours look perfect and I bet your granddaughter was happy.
Thank you Angie. Georgie will only get the clothes when the family come to stay at Easter.
Great job, Sarah...so glad this little one can now go out in public!
Trousers were Ok - but a dress?? Charlotte had done a great job of making some out of a sock
