Got a great gift from my daughter a 6 month subscription to Cute Emb my problem is I can only download one design at a sign on so if I want a second I have to sign out of cute then log in again to get second design. Is this normal? Thank you for the help.Happy new year to everyone.

So, the owner checked your account and it is working as it should. That means it is something with your tablet. I will try to find out what settings will fix the issue for you.

Sorry so long to get back to you, main computer is now not working I will try a different tablet later today or tomorrow will let you know how that works out. Thanks again for all your help. Chris

Is your computer having the same trouble? If it is, then you may have an extension causing issues.

I see two of our Moderators have asked for more information to help solve this mystery...Once I am logged in, I can download as many designs as I want...I have never had to log back in after each download. I am sure they will get it figured out with a little more information from you...Happy New Year!

No, that is not normal st all. In fact, I've not encountered this problem before. I will need more information please. If you know how, send me a message to include stuff like what kind of computer, pc or mac, and what internet browser do you use, firefox chrome edge or the old bug blue e, along with the error you get
I know it is a lot, but I can only troubleshoot the problem with more information.

I download to my tablet (andoid) and I use Chrome. The first one I download it has a blue line across the top plus it says it downloading. Then on the second one it shows the blue line across the top but it never says it downloading. I look in my download file and my drive file the first one is saved in my download folder but the second is no where around. Thank you for helping me with this problem. Chris (Myga)

Have you tried downloading from a computer? It would help to have you try that. Then I could know if it is a setting on your tablet or something not quite right with your user account. I will be off to bed soon but I will check back here in the morning.

Sorry so long to try my computer family emergency but I'm back now tried tablet and was able to download 8 designs in a roll I don't know what happen but it's working great now. Thank you very much for your time and energy in trying to help me figure out the problem. Chris

Not normal at all. Click on the picture of the designs and then on the right side you should see all the formats listed. Click on the one you need for your machine and then it should download automatically. If you continue to have trouble please let the moderators know.
