My grandson Jared and my foster granddaughter went to their matric dance on Friday. The theme was Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. They all had to wear hats. They had a wonderful evening. Exams start soon.

Looks like this celebration for these young kids was magical. Your son looks so handsome and his girl is quite fabulous. I think it is great that the teachers do this for them.

Thank you Christine. The young man is my grandson and the young lady is his foster sister. Neither of them have a partner so they went together.

I am amazed at all the work the teachers put in to this. Just wonderful. Your grandkids look awesome in their hats. Looks like a night to remember!

I was also bowled over by the decorations.

Love everything the teachers did for this great night. So glad to see Jared and gosh he looks like Emma. Actually both boys have their mother's good looks. Such an important night for all concerned. Love Chris

They are like Emma and very much like my ex husband, their grandfather.

I would have loved to be there to see them all dressed up. They had such a good time.

The teachers do all the decorating at a chosen hotel. I am so pleased my daughter Emma was there to see Jared and Andrea dressed up in their finery
