We have one not too far away but they only seem to have dogs with big problems and we didn't feel up to that.

25212How sweet. Son n law lost his BC over a yr ago and is still devastated. Haven't been able to talk him into another yet. My daughter says if he had to choose between her and Tippy Tippy would have won hands down. She was so very smart and went with him everywhere accept church... I loved her also and really have missed her, she came everyday to see us.

The thought often occurs to me.......what would I do.

Never too old! Find a rescue group for the breed you'd like and see if they have any "older" dogs available.
2481Sweet! I remember you wrote about Meg at 7 weeks: food goes in one end and appears at the kitchen floor a little later. Apart from that, I hope (s)he will be a bundle of joy!
