I get to brag a bit today - Jasana and her team mate Bianca represented their Primary School in the National Aerobics championships up in Queensland this weekend.

Hi Laura, yes it's constant dancing with legs often in the splits and up high above their head. Some tumbling is involved with them, but not too much at this stage. Love Chris
