The car was bought new & it has just had its yearly service.
Not really happy with the dealership.Last year our mobile phone was stolen from the car but we can not prove it ,we think it was taken when it was in for service. It was in the back pocket of the front passenger seat car seat cover ,right at the bottom.Didn't notice it was missing, straight away.
I believe I had a set of tie-down straps stolen from my truck during routine service. No one else had access. When I needed them, they were no where to be found.
you may have to reprogram the remote. I had to do that and found video on youtube that showed me how
How frustrating. Hopefully you will get the remotes fixed quickly.
especially that the CR1620 batteries are not easy to find.Looks like I'll have to buy them from the internet
Maybe the remote was a replacement remote at some time. Most chemists have different batteries. The CR2025 is the most common.
We bought the car brand new from Mazda .There is no way that the CR2025 battery would fit in ,they are too large for the battery compartment
