Love the colours Chris!
Thanks I'm pleased with them. I've got a white and silver one just about to start on a black towel, but I've got to go and get Delphi from daycare. Love Chris
These are lovely, Chris! Your Ladies sure are spoiled by you!
Oh my these are so beautiful! The ladies will love them. Love, Suzanna
Each one is a beauty of their own. How lovely to see the different colors, just like in a real garden. Fantastic, Chris.
Very lovely towels people will not want to use them they are to pretty.
Happy Stitching :~)
Ha ha ha, I think like you too Brenda, I have mine on display when visitors come. Especially white ones! Love Chris
In our house I would do the same. I have two males here and they both like working on cars so they would not do well here. Sure are pretty. Thanks
They will love them Chris who doesn't like a lovely towel??big hugs
I wished I was in your ladies luncheon. Beautiful gifts.
Oh gosh! They really are quite lovely. I love seeing what you are making for your Christmas luncheon. The ladies will be thrilled to receive these. Thanks for the link too. Would you like to share what kind of stabilizer you used?
Hi Penny, thanks for your comment. I used a medium weight tear away stabiliser. I don't hoop the towel, I place WSS (water soluble solvy - the mesh type) just inside the hoop and then I do a fix stitch (which is on my Husqvarna Designer SE) to keep it in place. Once washed the WSS just goes away. Love Chris
Your towels are great looking. It may be early in the year to work on you Christmas Luncheon, but better then having to rush later. Great work
With your update, I don't know which I like best. They are both elegant and cheerful too!
Thank you for adding the second towel here.
PS You could add the tags "Lily" "Lilies" "Lilly" "Lillies" "Floral" "Flowers" Flower" "Towel" "Towels" to allow for alternate spelling of Lily, single or plural searches, and helping folks find these beautiful towels. Again, excellent work on these towels!
Thanks, I'll do that. Being Australian, we have learned the English spelling of words. I always forget about the American spelling system. Love Chris
Beautiful- I'll take 2! Hugs. Nan W
He he he! thanks Nan, this design sews out perfectly no thread breaks - the only thing is I didn't put my automatic thread cutter on so I had to cut the threads off. I'll remember it for next time. Love Chris
Does your automatic thread cutter make knots on the back like my Babylock does?
Beautiful!
I am glad you gave a nice example of how to find a design using the tags. And it gives the corresponding corner design as well.
Thanks Martine, I'm not sure what you mean by "the corresponding corner design", maybe just by doing part of the design you could make it into a corner. Love Chris
Oh! Wow, I didn't see that one, that's GORGEOUS! Thanks so much for finding that one. Love Chris
A lady after my own heart, Christmas is only round the corner. "G" The lady who receives this towel will be delighted, it is lovely
Thank you so much, gee, you were quick to reply to this post. I guess you are you from the southern hemisphere sewmad with the au on the end of your avatar name. Love Chris
P.S. If I haven't welcomed you here, welcome to Cute.
