How beautiful! Both the sweet little girl and the dress! You did a great job!
Excellent work on the dress! She is a beautiful child with the kindest eyes. What a blessing she must be to all who know her.
Yes she is sweet and very well behaved, some young kids are not.
Oh so good you got her picture! Such a sweet looking child and a beautiful dress you've made and matches her mom's sweater set. No, the mom doesn't look like she's had any children, much less five...Does she have trouble with her walk? I know you said she is shy, but she is standing like she needs mom's help.
No, she just didn't want her picture taken, so the mother is getting her to turn around she had hid her face in her mother's skirt.
Such a beautiful little princess in her lovely dress. Great job.
Thank you, At our local thrift store I found an old 'Jessica McClintock dress has not ever been worn, beautiful lace and fabric, plan to make a girls dress from it ,
It is beautiful Jenne, I love the pintucks and the coloiur is gorgeous. It suits the little girl and I know once she gets over her shyness, she'll be twirling around in it! Love Chris
Rather shy than rowdy maybe? thanks
lovely combination: a sweet girl in a sweet dress: adorable :)
She is so sweet. You have made a wonderful dress.
They have a lovely family, 5 children, and the mother looks like she has never had even one.
Gorgeous - both the dress and the little girl! You've created an heirloom for sure!
I hope so, thank you.
I like it.
Beautiful, I love this style heirloom. The pintucks do look like smocking in the picture but just as lovely. Been a long while since I've done my love of heirloom sewing. I think most children this age get shy when you don't want them to.
Thanks, I love heirloom dresses too.
Beautiful dress, beautiful little girl...
Both are beautiful. Dress and wearer. Love the smocking
Thanks, but this pintucks with pearls.
wish I could make smocking look as beautiful as some, I can do it but I need lots of practice.
