Does anyone know where I could purchase a "Peeps" stuffie or would that be against patent law? I do see the design as a flat embroidered design but I thought personalized stuffies in the Easter basket would be cute. I know I could design my own, but I just wondered about a ready to go digitized design. Thanks so much.....Jan

I'm just seeing several "top" sites that have the flat ones. I thought maybe they'd been around so long now that the copyright laws wouldn't be in effect any longer...or is that only patent laws that run out of time?

I have contacted the site that had the "peeps" on it to inquire if they had the right to sell those designs and they replied... "We will be removing all designs that have any reference to Peeps on our website."
I thought that site was normally quite reputable so I wanted to inquire. I think they handled it properly.
