I want to thank everyone for their kind words and prayers on the lose of my sweet Abbie. It seems pretty minor compared to all the trials others are going through right now. But I have made it back into my sewing room today - I haven't accomplished much so far (Abbie is not in her usual spot) but I guess one step at a time. Thank you again.

Hurting with you. Maybe look through your designs or fabrics and try to plan a project for another day. Or straighten. Something you can do rote.

You grieve for as long as you need too. Everyone of us who have lost beloved pets understand how hard it is to pick up and go on. I suggest your first project be something dedicated in honor of Abbie. We hope you feel the many cyber hugs we are all sending your way.

Just one day at the time. She will always stay in your heart, but the pain will lessen.

You remain in my prayers. Your heart is hurting and you are missing your sewing companion. I still miss my best friend and it has been years now. Hang in there!

Sometimes, its just good to go into your craft room and breath. It is one step at a time! Hugs and love, Laura
