I have made book pillows,and this my way of having an opening for turning, the front of the pillow (that has the pocket attached) I cut at about a 1/4 of the piece do an overlap join with with a gap in the middle, pin it together and attach the pocket and back as normal and turn through the opening, which is hidden inside the pocket can be lightly glued or hand stitched..hope you can understand...wendy
