Glad Jim is there with him...still thinking of all of you!
Continued prayers for all of you. This must be so difficult for Jim.
I'm with Meg on this one. I know when my Dad was being a bit weird he was dehydrated. I pray for Jim too as he is with his father and you also Vicki. Love Chris
Some drugs are just way too dangerous for some people, I hope and pray Jim's Dad will return to normal once the drugs are out of his system.
I can't even have Morphine without hallucinations, same with Endone, Tramil, Oxy Codone and many other strong pain meds..... it's like, I imagine, using LSD must be like. Once I'm off them everything goes back to normal but now I refuse to take anything stronger than Panadol.
Dehydration can also cause this type of reaction in a lot of older people so it is something to be aware of.
Anaesthetic is not good for the aged but sometimes it can't be avoided. I will keep praying everything will soon be OK.
Sending HUGE cyber hugs to you all. xxxxxx love, M
Prayers still coming your way ... It is difficult dealing with parents when they are not well . I feel for you all. God be with you all!

It is so hard when you live over 700 miles from a sick parent...so thrilled Jim was able to go so quickly...
So sorry to hear this. Praying they can identify the problem quickly and he can feel better soon. Also for a safe trip. I know from experience how hard these trips can be.
Saying prayers For Jim's safe travels and that his Dad perks up and surprises him.
When I first met Ray he had a colostomy bag after removal of his bowel. Evidently he was extremely ill after the surgery, ended up with pneumonia and even had a heart attack (while he was in the hospital) That was 15 years ago and he's still going strong, so I wish for the same comeback for Jims's Dad.
Oh, wow, Meg.......thank you for that!! The surgeon said he is healing just fine from the colostomy thingy, but now they are concerned he may have another or more infections....he has 2 docs coming to the nursing home today for tests.....
Oh, Vicki...so sad to hear this...my thoughts and prayers are with you all...
I'm so sorry, Vickie. Already praying for God's Will with Jim's dad and for safe travel for Jim. Please keep us updated. And hugs to you. I know you need hugs.
