Can you look at the design in software? If so, does it look okay there? If not, it is probably corrupted as other Cuties have suggested...If it looks okay in the software...it could be your machine did not read the design properly for some reason...Have you tried it more than once? I know...so many questions...

At the moment my 4D extra software isn't complete, some update I think from the virus software I use decided it didn't like it ,& removed part of it.I had trouble installing the software before so I am waiting until the virus software runs out in a weeks time it is getting the flick.It doesn't like my internet connection & several other things too.

if all designs have this problem, than maybe the embroidery arm of the machine need to be oiled ( I had that once with my machine). The dealer cleaned and oiled it and even the trouble design stitched out good again. And if it's only that design, well try like Mops wrote a fresh copy of the design.Good luck.
740174Have you got a spare copy somewhere on a back-up drive? It may be corrupted and trying a fresh copy might solve the problem.

Thank you.I thought of that but haven't got around to looking for the disc.I burn my designs yearly to disc because I don't trust USB sticks or external hard drives which over time die. I thought it was a Cute design but I have Amazing next to it
145191If this hasn't happened on other designs, I would suspect that your file has become corrupted, though I don't know why.
