I'm with everyone else Carolyn, the last one is the clearest. I have no idea what a knock down stitch is, I'm assuming it's an inbuilt stitch in your machine. I only ever use WSS, so am curious. Love Chris

So now that the verdict is in (sorry I am late been working on tags) will Vicki add knock down stitches to the design for towels? I don't have this option or feature to mash down the pile but I, like Vicki, would never have tried it on a towel. The lines are so fine. It really came out well, the bottom one and Vicki is amazing, isn't she? I am looking at his arm and hand. Everything looks realistic...... until you get to the head!-lol- Good job girls!

Yep, the last one is excellent! You are a great adventurer....I would never have thought this design could be used on a towel...

I had to laugh at this design. As the owner of a German Shepherd I can really identify. The last picture seems to me the better. It is kind of tough with this design to not have the lines disappear in the nap.

Definitely Picture #3 looks the best...but just for information...I use WSS on top of any nappy item...even if I use knockdown stitches too...the real test is when you wash the item...knock down stitches will keep the nap down...WSS may look okay before it is washed, but after it is washed the design may be hidden by the nap...Looking at the photos, it looks like #3 has the knock down stitches....

The bottom one is clearer - knock down stitch? I like it better. My DIL and Son need this design! They have two big INSIDE dogs.

They both look good but like the bottom best. I do not have the knockdown stitch so have to always use wws. Hugs Lilian

I am guessing the last one has the WSS on top as it looks cleaner and threads haven't disappeared into the towel.
Good design makes you smile.

I am not sure what a knock down stitch is but I think the bottom picture seems clearer to me. The lines seem more defined and I can read it better. Great job and great design. Hugs, Barba

I think #3 has sharper defined outlines. Can't find which has the knock down. It's good, I guess :)

They are quite different to me. Thisis just a guess, but I'd guess the photo in the middle used wss on top. It sort of looks like what I get when I use wss on towels.

I can not see much difference, sorry.
But I like the words, hihi. We have two dogs and always say: "nur echt mit dem Hundehaar" what means about the same, as we find their hair everywhere.
