Toogie, They are adorable. I hope that their behavior has improved, but it looks like you could have double trouble on your hands! Great work.
So cute, love the color of them. You will have to make yourself one.
Thank you for sharing
Happy Stitching :~)
Oh, Toogie, they are great - just what sock monkeys should look like. When you get ttired of making them this way, Anita Goodesign has a two dimensional set of monkeys in applique, I believe. Yours are more huggable, though.
I've been getting some filled designs, of sock monkeys, in a newsletter right now. Sure would be quicker to emb some. How ya doing?
Cutie Pies!!! I love them. Great job.

You are an aweseome Grandmother Toogie, well done to you with your sore hands to boot! They look fantastic. Love Chris
Ah Chris, it takes one to know one, as they say. Martha's kids love them so I'm sure mine will. I hope these will be as big a 'hit' as Kim's snowballs were, but these are a lot more trouble.
Ha, ha. Now you have badly behaving twin monkeys. Fun toy.
Angie my friend has been making them for her grand kids. The kids she is nanny to wanted some, even the 21 year old in college! So she wanted me to try my hand at them.
After taking me about 6-7 hours for the first one, I told her he would be an only child as they were too much trouble to make... Well, today was a new day and I made the second one in about 4 hours, still a long time. It is a lot of hand sewing and stuffing is hard for my hands, too. Anyway, I will make as many as I can for the grands and they will just have to go as far as they can, starting with Rylan and Gus, the youngest.
