Finished my banner for church (made possible with dragonflyer's help). The original banner just said Emmanuel, and I was asked to add more to it. My applique didn't line up, but I think it still works. I don't know why my lettering puckered a bit; it didn't pucker in the hoop. Hope you like it.

thank you. The Christmas pageant is this Sunday, and I always worry about whether my work is good enough.

Thank you. The name of our Christmas program this year is "Emmanuel" so it'll be prominent and I worry about it.

Thank you. I don't know why that whenever I sew anything for my church, I worry that it isn't good enough. Keeps me humble I guess

What a beautiful banner Jennifer, maybe a good press with an iron cloth on top may release the puckers. I think because it was already sewn up there is no give in the left to right pull compensation. Still looks great. Love Chris

I was told by the machine dealerbnot to hoop--float everything. I used to do that but now I hoop wherever possible. It was tricky to do on this heavy fabric.
