Can't work out something on this site maybe someone smarter can explain it to me.

In projects there is the lady embroidered on Toilet Paper on page 1 last comment was August 18th 2017 but it says on project page last comment was 11 hours ago.
Has me thoroughly confused.

A comment including an email address was added. The comment was removed. It shows the time it arrived but it is no longer there... I hope that helps.
