Hello Cuties, can some of you tell me what Brand and color number thread you like to use, on Caucasian flesh colored designs? I have trouble with the threads I have looking to peach colored. Any help is much appreciated.Toogie

Thanks for posting this and everyone's replies. I have yet to find a thread I like for this purpose, but now have some great ideas.

You probably got your answer below. Be aware that in the early days of Floriani offering threads, they keyed a lot of their flesh colored sections of designs to a really strong peach that didn't work at all. Later they added some lovely flesh tones, but those earlier designs did not get updated with better thread numbers. So, with Floriani, use your eye to choose the flesh color, rather than their thread numbers. All that said, I love their designs, and they stitch out to perfection.

Thanks I copied everything down into a pdf so MAYBE I can keep up with it. My skin color looks clownish.

I'm sure that you meant your thread skin color. LOL
I use the Mettler for skin tones, but that's just what a I found pleasing years ago and went with "if it ain't broke, don't fix it."
There are lots of new skin tone threads being introduced, maybe we can all learn something.

lol-well MINE might look that way too (lol) but I did mean the THREAD skin color.
I shy away from designs with children/people, because I am so unsatisfied, with shade colors I have stitched.
