I got mine at Heirlooms by Sharon...she sells Mylar that is made to be embroidered on and it can be laundered...some is not made for embroidery and cannot be laundered...

Thank you, Lillian...I have had the Mylar for quite some time but never got around to using it...Now that I have...I will be sure to use it again soon...it is quite lovely under designs...

Thanks, Mary...I wish I had done the dress in a darker purple...although it does look a bit darker in person with the Mylar under it...

Thanks, Chris...I did not realize that the mylar would show through the stitching...and if it does, I wish the digitizer would have corrected the file to fix this problem...these were digitized to for Mylar so I am a bit disappointed...But no matter now...I fixed it...now I will have to look at the rest of the files...

Thanks, Vicki...went back and "fixed" the file so the next time there won't be any Mylar on the face...
