I know ya'll won't believe me, but that 56f sounds delish! We have been stuck in the heat for way too long here. I hope you enjoy your baking days. I used to have an all day meal prep marathon on Saturdays when my kids were little, prepping veggies and stewing chickens and making soups and spaghetti! Made the rest of the week so easy!
