Can anybody recommend a safe, small, rattle insert for baby toys that I can purchase? I want to make little stuffie toys.

Thank you. I found 1 I liked on Amazon and when I ordered it it said it would be here in about 2 months. I figure it's overseas. I cancelled it immediately.
