HELP: Someone posted this picture on a Facebook group.

Does anyone know where the Mandela design is from. The cute little Elephant is a Stitch Delight design, but the lady couldn't remember where she got the mandela coaster design from

It looks like a Stitch Delight design with a crown and border added to the elephant.

The elephant is a Stitch Delight design, but not the frame around it and that is what I am looking for.
