I want to say a big thank you to each and every Cutie, for all your prayers, support and encouragement. I have felt your love through all of this and we have been celebrating on Cloud 9-lol- We have received more hugs, calls, even food and fresh vegetables, etc. from people we know here at home. Everyone is so happy, as are we.
Our friends Trudy and Rob came the morning after with cake, a pie, bananas and fresh garden tomatoes.
Later,Trudy and I were sitting at the kitchen table. We could see Rob and my Bill standing together, at the cabinets. Rob got real embarrassed and red, but we heard him tell my Bill that he really was worried about him and SO glad everything's alright. Bill choked up and said something we couldn't hear. Trudy and I just looked at each other like, that's our men.
Just to let you know, Rob is taking his 3rd round of Chemo for his cancer, so if you will, remember him and Trudy. They really are a caring, loving couple. Rob is so bright, he has a photogenic memory. He recited the whole Gettysburg address, at a memorial service Sunday, with only a spur on the moment notice. Trudy is an only child with both parents deceased. Their two children live in other states. Just to let you know them.
Again, I thank you. I wish I could give each and every one of you a tight squeeze/hug or we could all do a huge group hug!-lol-God bless you all-Toogie
I also wanted to say, we had a singing service last night and our music leaders father-in-law came and sang Come To Jesus. I love that song and I believe he has sang it better than the ones that have recorded it. It was very moving.
If you get a chance and haven't heard it before, go to You Tube and type in Come to Jesus. Chris Rice and also Hillary Scott, both have recordings there. The lyrics are so meaningful.
Respect! You had to be very brave. It's not easy to keep the
"surface" good if inside you are so worried but have to be in an officially good mood for your beloved husband to encourage him and give hope.
Wishing you and your whole family a good time to relax and throw away
the heavy burden.
So glad about your news - Maria
Another miracle has been performed Toogie. God knows what your husband needed and has comforted you all with His infinite grace and mercy. Love to you all, Chris
Praise God, His ways are beyond our understanding. He says "Trust Me" Hugs and prayers, Cheri
I too believe that prayers have been heard and answered. I will continue to pray that your husband is on the road to recovery and with the help of Our Lord he will stay on that path. Prayer is powerful.
Great new Toogie. Some how I missed this. I am so glad they didn't find a blockage. I will pray for you, your husband and your family.
God bless you,
Kathy

Thank God for such good news and blessing your DH. May he continue to feel better. My husband takes black cherry seed extract tablets for his gout. Has worked very well so far and not having many flair ups.Watching diet is important for it too. No peanuts or peanut products, no butterbeans, Watch pork foods. Their are a lot of others too to be careful not to eat. So happy for the results for your DH. May you all be well.
Oh Toogie, you have been through so much. Wonderful news. Love to you all.
The power of prayer, nothing like it. You've witnessed a miracle. It is amazing what happens when we put our problems in the Lords hands, after we've done everything we can do. So glad to hear the good news.
What wonderful news! Indeed an answer to prayer. I find it so difficult to remember that everything is in God's time not mine. But he reminds me frequently. Sometimes I think God puts roadblocks in front of us to remind us to slow down and focus on him. So very happy that your husband's procedure came out so wonderful. Now you can take some deep breaths, relax, and SEW! Still sending prayers.
I am so happy for you both that the tests turned out okay. Prayers really do help. You have mine.
My DH is still going through some stuff...this after 3 yrs. now. It is scary.
He is scheduled for some more tests ( a CT scan, breath, and has just had another bone marrow test ) so prayers are in order.
My thoughts and prayers are with you both.
Hugs, Nadyne

All Praise and Glory to our heavenly father. Like you Toogie I have learned to simply ask for God's Will , knowing that he will give me the grace to accept whatever His will is. I know how elated you are about all this, it makes me have goosebumps .I am so thankful and overjoyed at this outcome/Lillian
Toogie , wonderful news for you and your family. God is not ready for your husband yet. Stress can cause similar reaction. Did the Doctor think it could be stress related? Kay
Wonderful news, Toogie...and I think the explanation is clear...
Oh Toogie, my joy is complete! I join the angels in singing Hallelujah !
Prayers of thanksgiving are being said, as well as for continued good health for your DH. Love and Hugs, Marjorie
