Well, I finally got the customer quilt done!!!!!!! It is off the machine and I have started working on the next customer quilt which is all custom work.
Glad it is done...hope the next one works out better!
Wish I were a quilter, but just a want to be one. Sleep on it and maybe it will come to you. Good luck!
Quilting is fun! My problem is that having a longarm business I don't have as much time to make quilts myself anymore!! ugh
As others say. Get away from it a day or 2. Don't even think of it . Frustration makes it harder on you. Away from it it may pop in hour mind what to do.
It wouldn't be so bad if it were mine.....I'd take the bugger off the longarm and take the last borders off, trim and restitch and put back on longarm.
It's so hard to be so try and try again and still not be happy. I hope the next attempt is the final attempt and it all goes into place perfectly.
It was my final attempt!!!! Got it done last night and it is off the machine.
I watched a you-tube video by Lyn Durbin "Working in Fullness on a large quilt". I was amazed at how she worked in the fullness. Hope you can watch it . Cheri
I had spray starched the bugger twice and left her set.....helped some but......not all the way!
