what a adorable little boy and a very clever and cute invite enjoy
Toogie, I adore him. Love all aspects of the coming birthday party. Dress like you are going fishing/Lillian
Great idea Lillian! I will have him this afternoon, along with Nora, Avery when she comes in from school, and also Cam my son's child that's 10....hope everyone comes back soon!-lol
What a lovely way to invite someone to a celebration.
Hope you all have a good time!
Lotsa Love
Nicky
wow, he's just a wonderful happy cute boy, the pictures give me a big smile !
What a great invitation. Hugs)))
Goodness it's been a year already??" Even more shocking, at least to me, is no one has absolutely gone goo goo over the wooden trough bowl that was his make shift boat!! That is one of the most awesome bread troughs I have ever seen!!- Oh how I wish I could stumble upon one at a yard sale or thrift store, just not the antique store as they are then far out of my price range, sigh...just know I have wood bowl envy. Not to the point I wish it for myself instead of for another, but boy oh boy what a treasure she has, and perfect for the center of a table or raising bread or even for a child's sized boat. Hope it never has to be used for that purpose in real life, too scary of a thought, but it did make the perfect boat for his special event just around the corner. A Happy First Birthday to Little Gus from all the Cutie's who are following his happy little advancements! Pam
Did you notice his front tooth too? He fell week before last and broke his tooth. He pulls up but too scared to try to walk.
Yes, the bowl is old. We used it at her wedding reception and it now graces her dining table.
Thanks for posting, beautiful photos, adorable baby!
Happy birthday little Gus!
Clever invitation. Keep it for ever. I realize now that it was a text. i don't know how to keep that forever. At least you have the photos!!! Kay
I do know what you mean Kay. I have some of the other grands. Nora's was a pinwheel, like her party and quilt. I forget what Avery's was but you can be sure it was something special.
Lovely photos. He reminds me of our son at that age. No hair and a big smile. Love him. Have a great birthday party. Hugs
Thanks Shirley but its a week until the party. We're just getting things ready. Yeah we had hoped he'd get hair before winter...then before Christmas....well, its almost his birthday-lol
Great invitation and too cute photo of Gus...
Kim that is a wooden bowl, for better word, that stays on her dining table. Gus fit right in-lol-looks like he has his own pirogue. If he would actually be in the sun, he would need a hat, so his head wouldn't burn!!!
Thanks for sharing Gus with us, he is growing fast and that first year has gone so quickly. He is adorable, Happy Birthday big boy. Sandra.
Thank you Sandra. I think the older I get the faster the time goes-it sure doesn't seem a year already.
Oh, he's adorable, Toogie! Definitely a "Keeper"! LOL The invitation is so clever, too!
OMG!!! What a cutie pie!!! The party theme is great. I know every body will have fun.
Still got a week before the party even though I think his birthday is Monday. Thanks he's a little rascal alright!
He is adorable. Great idea for an invitation. Arlene
Ohhhh, what a cutie and I love the invitation. He definitely wind the prize for best catch.
Thank you Karen, we think he's a Cutie but of course, we're prejudice, he's ours.-lol- I thought the invitation was so cute, too.
