Looking for some real nice lace about 5"or 6" wide, not the nylon kind and a good price have look a E-Bay and the ones with no shipping come from China or Hong kong take so long to arrive.also Amazon.

Have you seen the lovely lacy designs at Alinaline at Oregon Patchworks? You would have to make your own designs but could get the effects very similar to your desired look.

Very pretty skirt. You could possibly get away with sewing lots of lace flower doilies around the base for a similar lòok. Is this one embroidered or laser cut? It is hard to tell.

Years ago I lived in Nottingham in the UK where the most beautiful lace was made. I built up quite a collection some of which I still have. What are you intending to use lace for?

Try the thrift stores in the NC mountains. Lots of people here are ditching their beautiful lace overblouses, as supposedly they are out of style now! Just a thought.
