I just want to wish everyone a blessed Christmas. It's been a while that I been here. Hubby is having difficulty in his knee replacement. I just want to show my center pice for Christmas. God bless everyone.

They look great. Have a delightful Christmas, despite the knee and mobility issues that go with.

Everyone in England seems to be making these this year. I think it has reached epidemic proportions! Yours are beautiful.

I like this a lot. Is there a pattern for this anywhere? It doesn't look like it would be hard to make, but maybe just time consuming. You did well.

Dead easy, Toogie! Do a YouTube search for Origami Candle Mat. You don't need a pattern, but you do need a template to get the angle right when you join it all up.

Skeldale House Designs has instructions and a template for in the hoop. Personally, I think it would be much easier not in the hoop. Also, Fiery Phoenix blog has directions.

I've done one in the hoop (as has Mops). It is rather tedious hooping that many tomes!

thanks Sue

My ith design had the stitching lines marked so no template was needed.
