Here is a set I have been wanting to do for awhile...it is called Au Naturale Set and will be up on my website tonight......I used white and tan thread to give a more natural look.......You can see the middle of the flowers on the 2nd pic pulled away from the stabilizer.....would not have done this had I used fabric over the stabilizer....

Another lovely design, Vicky.
I don't digitize even 5 % of what you do and you should see my pile of stitch-outs - a bit of a shame they just gather dust, although I have made quite a number of quilts with them or sewed them on pieces of fabric large enough to be turned into something useful, like bookcovers or lately into mug rugs. So I understand you choosing stabiliser as a background, but it has a habit of tearing away when you least want it. However, although it might be staring you in the face, we would probably not have noticed had you not pointed it out.

Oh, Martine.........I have thousands of stitchouts and I can't bear to throw them away.........Not being a quilter is such a disadvantage, one day I may have to just suck it up and learn.....mug rugs are a great idea, but then I would have to sew.......ugh!

Or use a ITH blanc mug rug design - use double sided sticky stuff like Vilene to close the opening after turning.
