I have machine and thread problems during the stitching of this piece. Of course it is special fabric and I was making this piece for a dear friend. I had to complete the satin stitch on the sewing machine. I am afraid to wash it. I think I will use the stiffy product on the satin stitches so even if it does get wet it will not change the stitches.
