I am so happy with the bodice I made for this pre-smocked minnie dress fabric. I realized I had to make it when my friends little daughter tried it on for the first time. She is now thrilled. I realized I forgot to embroider the collar edge I digitized for it. Now I found the design of a pearl necklace I purchased so long ago. I am thinking collar. I plan to make a ruffled slip that peeks out below the hemline and bloomers to finish off the set, I did make a pair of shorts with the purple fabric that is in the background. I just think a slip and bloomers is so much cuter. Lol!

This type of dress is so wonderful for a growing girl. Actually, I've done the elastic gathering myself and it's very easy and soooooo much less expensive.
