Hello Everyone,

Once again I am in hopes that you can help me. Some time ago I saw a baby quilt that had appliqued animals of it. They were all done in blue and white checked fabric. I think the background of each block was white, and they were set together with the blue and white checked fabric. I am wanting to purchase the applique designs so that I can make a similar quilt. Lesson learned : When you see a set of designs that you love, go ahead and buy them then, even if you think you will never use them. Trust me, you will! Or at least you will want to down the road and be unable to find them. I have tried a Google search and visited many websites without success. I hope that perhaps a Cutie saw this quilt too, and was sharp enough to purchase the designs then. If so, can you please tell me where? Thank you so much. I'm sending lots of love your way. We all need it in this old world.

I just noticed your post. I'll go have a look right now. Thank you very, very much.

These are adorable; but I'm afraid that I can't afford the $90 it would cost to purchase all of their gingham animal designs. The ones I saw were in a set. I think they cost around 10 dollars. I'm beginning to think I dreamed the whole thing as they seem to have disappeared. Thanks again for trying.

Sorry I can't help. I made a gingham quilt with animals, before I had an emb machine. I traced the pictures of a child's simple coloring book. I appliqued, by zigzagging around the edges. This was done some time ago. If you can't find what you're looking for, maybe this would be an option. Good luck in your search and request.Toogie

They could be normal appliqued animals with the person using the checked fabric

I had thought of that. My daughter said that she was quite sure that they were a set. Perhaps we are both wrong. Thank you for your input.

I went to Bing and typed in pictures blue and white gingham animal applique quilt pattern. A lot of picture came up as you described but the ones I saw were all ducks, all bunnies etc. Interesting and they are put together as you described. Really cute

Thank you for going to all that trouble. I have done similar searches to no avail. I am puzzled as to how to further search for them since there is no theme.(i.e. farm, zoo, forest) Perhaps I'll just have to use some single designs that I have and make my own "set". Thanks again.

Have you check embroidery library. What kind of animals farm, zoo or forest? Cheri

Cheri, there wasn't what I would call a theme to them. There was a turtle, an elephant , a dog, and a bunny among others. Perhaps this is why it has been so difficult to find them. I really do appreciate your efforts. Thanks so much.

This probably is not it, however when I saw the pic, I thought maybe...Look for the applique elephants. It is first up in the misc. category.

Thanks so much for trying. The designs were pictured on a baby quilt. I've been looking for days now. I may just have to give up. I certainly appreciate all the help from the Cute family. Best regards.
