Yes. They're a great company. Like many of the smaller family companies - they're not online all the time - has it been 24 hours? She has a pretty active Yahoo group with over 10,000 members - she's there a lot and looks like Fred mans their Facebook page.

Me one more time Yahoo groups is having some major problems (days of messages not showing up then appearing 3 days later). No one knows what up with their servers. Group admins are asking but not hearing back. Suz uses a Yahoo id - I don't know if this affects the contact through her web or not.
