I see the Designs by Cuties Header is gone. Wonder what that means?

Designs by Cuties was bound to go eventually because of the dishonest few. What a great sale. While I was away in Darwin recently both my subscriptions, Cute Embroidery and Amazing Embroidery Designs, expired. So I am very grateful to Veronika for the membership sale. Seemed like my right arm had been cut off. LOL. Hugs Marg

Yes it did ,thank you. Now I can start the downloading. I am sure I have more designs than I will ever use, but you know how addicted we embroiderers are!!!!!!

Let's be patient and see what is in store. I think the sale is so wonderful. Hopefully, it's absence means less work for the Moderators. We can hope.

Although I would agree that its demise (if that is the case) will be a sad day since so many Cuties benefited from its existence (myself included), I think that we must recognise that it had been abused by some (the minority) over a long period of time despite the many warnings from Moderators and the site owner. Unfortunately, some people do not recognise the law(s) of the land in respect of the likes of copyright, etc., and have even less regard for the hard work put in by people creating their own designs and then selling that work on as if they owned the rights. The owner of this (and other) sites had worked hard to try to maintain the benefit of this service but was let down on countless occasions that I recall throughout my limited membership. If the decision has been taken not to reinstate this service, we should do no more than support that decision and continue to support each other in the best traditions of Cute Embroidery.
