Your husband is a winner!!! Great design and execution. Don't know the size but would love to have it for a mug rug for sure--I have really been getting in to them lately.

Thank you for your kind comment. The size of the doily is:
230mm X 190mm (9 1/4 x 7 1/4 inch approx.) and was fun to make.
