Thanks everyone I looked on ibroidery and they don't have what I need. I have a brothers SE 400. I am making a quilt for my niece. I wanted just the head with a bow sewn in applique they don't have one on ibroidery, so I guess I will put something else on it. I don't sell anything I make I just love making things for people who appreciates something made from the heart.

You could ask them if they have a license to sell Disney. But, the easiest way would be to go to ibroidery.com and buy the design you like and stitch it yourself. They sell to anyone and you can choose your machine format. But they do not sell for commercial use, your personal use only.

Disney designs are only sold to those that own a Brother machine. Also, they are designed to only work in Brother Disney embroidery machines.
Brother has an exclusive right to use Disney artwork for designs.

Hi Rita, yes I agree with Kim (dragonflyer)! I have a Brother machine and so can sew them out legally. Mind you I do not sell any designs, I only make things for my family. I actually have only done maybe one or two in the 4 years since I've had my machine. Love Chris

I've purchased several times from Etsy, but not emb related items. Had good result from those persons I dealt with. In fact, I'm a member myself, but have never sold there.

I have not purchased from Etsy, but I can tell you that the ONLY one that has a legal copyright to sell Disney embroidery designs is IBroidery/Brother...so I would say no, the designs on Etsy are not legal...
