Thanks so much, I used outdoor canvas fabric and yes my handles are purchased,, sometimes I make long over the shoulder handles but this one she wanted the leather handles.

Hi gals,
I make my bags out of the canvas used for making outdoor furniture. I like it as it is easy to clean (wipe it off) and the bag has body without interfacing etc. On my next one I will try using cotton for my outer pockets to make the bag a little lighter. Not sure it will give the same effect. I love these bags.
