We had a hand embroidered version of this poem done by a friend of my mom's hanging in my childhood home and my sister asked me if I could make something similar. The stacked tea cups are Embroidery Library, the font is Jolson's Handprint floss. Thinking I may need to make up some matching mug rugs. (It is centered in the stitching area of the hoop - Husqvarna's center hoop isn't visual center).

Spray adhesive and cut away do the trick for no wrinkles (and slowing down the font stitching). Thank you!

Might be - I found this lyric for that song on wikipedia and it's close "I wish I was an apple
Hanging on a tree
And every time my Cindy'd pass
She'd take a bite of me". They say different singers would add their own verses.
