Just wanted to say how helpful Embroidery library has been. I placed an order on the weekend and ordered the same design in two different sizes by mistake and they were happy to change the order and give me what I wanted. Nice to know when you get good sevice

I have been pleased with my purchases. Now that I know to enlarge the design when using thicker thread! Lol! Now to get them all stitched out and in completed projects.

I love Emb Library. Great customer service. They always fix any problems right away. Nice to know there is still places where customers come first.

I once called them in a panic because I hadn't gotten my newsletter on a Friday morning. It was fixed immediately by the person who had answered my call. And it taught me it is worth it to buy designs only from reputable digitizers. And thanks for letting everyone know. That is a wonderful Christmas gift for EL.

It is easily done .I like how it ,lets you known if you have already bought the design before.I had 3 designs in my last order that I had already purchased.

Oh, I do like that they do that. It has saved me heaps of money over many orders and their computer also tells me if I try to buy something too big for my hoops.
Another site I like to buy from doesn't do this. Su using Emb Lib example, made a spread sheet for the purchases from the site that doesn't do that.

Yes, I have always had good service from them. Betty from Betty's Original Embroideries even called me once when I left my email in her contact me tab. I was surprised! Kay
