Scissors holder turned silverware holder. The pocket on the back holds the napkin. Silverware in front. I just couldn't find one I really liked so here is my solution. Thanks for looking.

That is a great idea for the folded scissor keeper and ever so much better than any cutlery holder I have seen on offer.
