I couldn't resist this little guy from Urban Threads. They currently have a sale of Christmas ornaments.) I made him with crushed velvet and he is adorable. I'm going to make him a friend in green.

Update - here are my twins I'm calling them Dexter (with the right handed hat) and Sinister (with the left handed hat)
