10/8/15 If you are asking about the precious Santa in his workshop given freely today on Cute Embroidery, it's a design, not a mug rug. Would make a cute mug rug, though. Isn't she an awesome digitizer?

If you bought it there was a PDF file included called
5031-ITHSantamugrugINST.pdf. Try searching on your computer for that file. As far as how many to make for a set. I usually use the same like cutlery is sold. Either 4 or 6
