who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks?

My very first ith bag with zip thanks to Sue. Thank you Sue for giving me to courage to try something new. . t least I did it and it works and looks pretty good for a first time. Used upholstery fabric with cotton lining and a red zipper. I think the upholstery was a little to heavy and stiff so will use something more like denium next time. At least I did it/Lillian

Now the student becomes the master. :)
It's lovely and I think your fabric was perfect for this. I'll bet there's a line of little girls queuing up to put in their order.

great job!! I have done lots of tissue holders in the hoop, buy only one little bag with a zipper. You give me courage to try also. The kids would love this with their monogram on it. I could use up some of those old zippers, also. Kay

Yes help with his baths has really helped me. the therapy has helped also LOL me as much as him, he will not do his exercises unless I do them with him so we exercise every morning after breakfast, most are with him in his WC but a few are done with him standing and holding to the kitchen sink, trying to work on his balance. The PT has ended so it's up to me to keep it going. I think exercise of any kind is good for everyone. thank you for caring and asking/Lillian

pldc by pldc 05 Oct 2015

I have started yoga Lillian I only do what I can & skip the rest that I can't do & the teacher is ok with that. The reason I mention this is because it has helped me with my balance quite a bit. I am no where near great but a little bit goes a long way. Once he is feeling stronger perhaps he can do some in his wc too
