***Cuties*** get ready for some changes here on Cute! We are so excited because we are going to have some additional moderators. This will help the 3 of us have time to spend with our families and embroidery machines! For more than a year it has been only 3 of us working to keep things running smoothly. Marji has been on leave for medical reasons and she does not feel well enough to return. Whenever one of us is ill or on vacation or unable to help for other reasons…it leaves too much to do for the other 2 moderators.

I also missed this post..... so I've commented so that if anyone else missed it, they could see it..
I'm happy for y'all..... you do such great work. This is a wonderful site... my favorite I would say... love all the cuties and their ideas and for all the help you can receive here. I also would love to see the DBC's come back. I know it's a lot of work for y'all and this has nothing to do with the post.... but just wanted to let y'all know that we miss seeing and trying out the DBC.
Keep up the Great work here at Cute.... and thanks again for all you do for us. Mechille :)

Unfortunately, the only help we as moderators can be on the DBC is to take care of other issues here on Cute so that the owner has time to work on the DBC and all of her websites. Thank you for your patience. I hope all Cuties will be patient (with various things like glitches and missing files) as she has been working very hard on this project for all of us.

Does that mean DBC will be back soon?

I do know that it is still being worked on...but that doesn't have anything to do with this announcement. This is just so Cuties will know there are many helpers here now -- so we can all get a chance to spend time with family and stitch a bit too.

I have only scratch the surface to learn this site--I do read what you write but I forget just as easily. I have met wonderful people and feel comfortable submitting my comments as well as chatting. It is always better to divide the work over more people. I only can imagine how hard it must be to keep an eye on this site 24/24 day after day, to keep everything as it should be, to protect the site, the people who " live" here. One tips I would like to give/ask is : is it possible on the start page, or somewhere to post the names of the moderators so we can find the easily ? Good luck to the newbies !!

This is such wonderful news Moderators. I'm thrilled to see one of the Aussies on here in Marianne (greysewist). With us being so far ahead in time we usually see things up on here first. We thank you all , the moderators giving of their time for us and so knowledgeable and helpful always looking after our site. Yes, we are very excited! You can all help us as the new moderators get up to speed by helping them via Private Message of anything that is suspicious to you. Meaning, spammers, illegal posts,email addresses and such. Most of you do that anyway and we are grateful. You can also help them learn by addressing anything that requires moderator attention to:
mops,jrob,rescuer,crafter2243,02kar,greysewist,
spendlove,asterixsew

That way, whoever is "on duty" will see and hopefully can take care of the need.
We appreciate all of you so much and the many ways you make being a moderator a pleasure.

You can just copy and paste the list so you don't have to type it out or misspell any avatar names.
Please make sure to include all moderators in each PM to moderators. We will be sharing the work load and getting help fastest will mean including all of us. Plus, we will be including all moderators whenever we reply to you or message any of you -- in our role as moderators.
