I was off this afternoon to another class @ the Brain Injury & this time we took a pair of old jeans (I bought a new pair for $2) & we turned them into aprons. I made two one with the front of the jeans & one with the backside. Some made only one & kept all of the waist intact so you could simply do up the button @ the back. This meant using the backside for the front side lol we all added ribbons for the ties some used it to cover the waist band altogether & some left it plain. As you can see the backside only has one ribbon tie as we ran out of this leopard print. All of the details on mine are glued on. I am thinking I will keep my eye out for some leopard fabric & maybe make bias binding for both. There is enough room to add an embroidery design too. Glass & porcelain & Metal buttons & I added a bow with the leftover wee bit of ribbon with another gold conche in the middle. They were fun to make & not too hard either. a great project for when the grandkids come over too
