If you are selling designs on a website one would presume you are the digitizer. If so you should be able to set the density in the software you are using to digitize.

Yes, i can set the density on my software, but since it is paid one, i wish to let the my customer to know how to increase the density on their own.
So that he or she can increase the density at any time with out my help

There's a simple trick to do that when using free software that can resize. Enlarge while keeping the density the same - that increases the stitch count - then resize to the original size keeping the stitch count the same, which increases the density.

OESD has Artsizer for FREE..If you enlarge design it increases number of stitches. If you make design smaller it reduces the number of stitches. I use it unless i'm digitizing as it doesn't need a dongle and also does JEF format which my digitizing software does not.

Hope this is the help you need.

In addition you can resize, rotate, mirror both horizontal and vertical, change colors. Very handy for the above name jobs and the price is right.

The only things that I know free software does is change formats of designs and print templates for you.
I think you will need to pay for the density decrease software.
I have several sets of free software and that is all they all do.
