64451UPDATE TUESDAY 6.45pm - 23RD JUNE 2015
This is from Amy's phone late this afternoon and I quote -
"Nat had a pretty unsettled night woken for hourly obs etc. and was really exhausted this morning after a big day of visitors etc. It appeared she'd taken a few steps back. But then saw her again around lunchtime and she actually woke up opened her eyes saw me touched my face and said "Oh! you are here..... I asked if she knew who I was and she said of course you're Amy. It was really comforting I gave her a kiss and she tried to reach up and cuddle me. We had a little laugh and joke - she was saying some stuff that was a bit "la la" land but overall positive. The Doctor's are saying she needs some quiet time now and just immediate family. She is having an Angiogram on Thursday and will be under more close obs - waiting to hear on how she goes over the next few days. I've asked Julie (Nat's mum) her thoughts on the 'girls' visiting on Friday and at this point she has asked that we hold off. I'm sorry I know we all want to see her and show support and love, but she is still in ICU (Intensive Care Unit) and will be for at least 2 weeks. Merrin, Nat's sister in law will keep me informed, so I will keep you guys informed too. XXXX Love Amy"
Amy is going back down to Sydney on Thursday and has asked me to come too. I'm regarded as 'close' family, so I hope I will be able to see her. I'll just have to wait and see. If not, then at least I'll be company for Amy. Please keep praying for daily/nightly or whenever you think of it. Love to you all, Chris

Chris ,this is going to take time,but Natalie will be herself again. There are so many praying for her and you are already seeing God's hand in this. It's times like this that I wish so much I could I could be there,put my arms around you and tell you,how very much I care because I do. Thanks Monika, she is slowly coming round as of 20 minutes ago. Amy thinks she will be in RPA for a couple of weeks. If her left side doesn't respond she will be needing some physio. Love Chris

740080Sorry to hear that news, but if it makes you feel any better, I can tell you it is possible to come back after suffering a rupture of an aneursym and lead a "normal" life. I suffered one 3 years ago and today, I do everything I did before. I fly my own ultralight plane, I sew, I drive. If she does Facebook, she will find a support group under the Joe Neikro Foundation. It is a wonderful resource for people like us. We are survivors. Will be praying for her.

211969I am so sorry to hear this news. Amy must be heart broken, as I was, when this happened to a friend of mine. My friend has made an amazing recovery, but has another one, that they are 'watching'. It has been about 2 years and in fact she goes Friday, to have the dye put in to check the coiling they did on the first one and to look at the second. I asked my class for prayer, for Natalie ,this morning. I pray for Amy and all of you, as well. May God show his mighty, healing power of Natalie, and we all sing glory to His name.
