the lid - screw cap of a bottle of lemonade . . .- I carry the ring in the thumb.
For wrist - maybe the lid of the liquid detergent - yoghurt mugs are too soft.

da schlimmste sind die Löcher in den Deckel zu bekommen, gut wer einen Dremel hat - ich nicht . . . :-(
