Lovin' the Cross Stitch...so I did this Floral Frame as part of a digitizing cross stitch challenge for my class. I actually did the cross stitch with batting underneath it and then quilted the inside to make a table mat...this was a bit challenging for me as I had not used the cross stitch program before...but I am happy with the way it turned out...especially for my first try at it..let's see what my teacher has to say...

Excellent job. Did you do cross stitch in one hooping. Because aligning cross stitch design is something I have not dared to do.

Thakns Zinobia...This was done in one hooping, but I am working on a multi-hooping that will be about 11inches x 22 inches...scary!

amazing - would never occur to me to incorporate batting - looks so nice!! - love all the parts - border, colors, inside quilted and blue binding. Did I leave anything out - I really like this!
